Cancellation Policy and Refunds

Refund requests should be made by email.

Cancellations placed before December 19th, 2020 will be subject to a 20% EUR cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS will be made after December 19th, 2020.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing, by email, and sent to bobcatsss2021@iscap.ipp.pt with subject line: BOBCATSSS 2021 CANCELLATION.
